To answer the first question that you might have: a Taqueria is a Mexican restaurant specializing in tacos.

Wild Rose Taqueria is the new concept from the people that started ‘It’s a Wrap!’ in 2016.

IAW has been very successful and we felt it was time to start a new adventure.

The choice was pretty easy. Since we both worked in Mexican restaurants for many years, and because we noticed there really wasn’t a good ‘Taco Truck’ yet!

All our wishes and knowledge are integrated into building the new truck. It has many new features that enable us to prepare almost any dish you can think of.
